ACCLAIM

Welcome to the first publication of ACCLAIM that highlights the departments, events, and achievements of faculty, students and alumni of the newly renamed School of Arts & Creative Industries.

The School of Arts & Creative Industries is proud to lead the way in training the artists and creatives of tomorrow.  In this publication, you’ll get to experience the impact the ten departments in this school have on our students to prepare them for industry employment and university transfer so every student can reach their fullest creative and artistic potential and succeed in the creative industry of their choice.

You will also get a glimpse of our community engagement through our events, exhibits, recitals and performances.  With all of our performance venues, studios and galleries conveniently housed at the Highland Campus, we’re well-positioned to provide quality and meaningful artistic experiences for all audiences.

I hope you enjoy this publication.  More importantly, I hope it engages your curiosity to connect with The School of Arts & Creative Industries, be it as a student, audience member, or donor and encounter the arts at Austin Community College.
